A Holistic Approach to Nutrition & Health

My approach to nutrition & health is holistic, therapeutic, and restorative. I believe that food is medicine, and more specifically: true nourishment from whole, real foods can help your body regain its ability to heal itself!  I also believe in bio-individuality and don’t have a “one-size-fits-all” protocol I give to all my clients, but work with each client to create individualized plans that work for YOU.  Some of the things we will work on in a holistic nutrition protocol include healing the gut (for as Hippocrates said, “All disease begins in the gut!”), balancing blood sugar, optimizing detoxification, balancing hormones, as well as addressing lifestyle patterns like sleep & exercise. 

 In our nutrition therapy consultations, I use functional lab testing to help identify the root cause of your health issues, address imbalances in the body, and implement nutrition, supplement and lifestyle changes to improve overall health. We can do our best to offset genetics, environmental influences and the stress of modern life by taking a holistic, integrative approach to nutrition & health.
